  • $500 Deposit Due at Contract Signing, Contingent on No Damage and/or Violation of Rules, Regulations, and Times, $400 Will Be Refunded
  • Two Midland Sherrif Deputies must be hired as security for parites involving alcohol and must remain on the premises as long as alcohol is consumed
